•Take ± 150-200ml at intervals of 15-20 minutes during physical exertion.  Ideal consumption is 500-700ml per hour or according to thirst.

•200-500ml can be taken before exercise. Consume 150-200ml every 15-20 minutes, starting 45-60minutes before the event.

•Vary dosage according to individual needs, e.g. the concentration of the solution and the volume per hour is influenced by the intensity of the event, climate, age, gender, weight, etc.



•500ml can be taken within 30 minutes after exercise.

•Octane XTR can be consumed as a refreshing beverage whenever energy levels are low.
•Octane XTR is suitable for oral rehydration.


Isotonic solution:

Dissolve 5 level scoops (50g) or 1 sachet in 500ml cold water. Stir or shake well.
Hypotonic solution:
Dissolve 5 level scoops (50g) or 1 sachet in 600ml cold water. Stir or shake well. 
Consume within 24 hours after preparation.
Keep chilled if not consumed directly after preparation.
Keep lid tightly closed and store in a cool dry place.
