PRIMARY USAGE - ENERGY
•Take 1 sachet (35g) every ± 30 minutes with ± 250ml water during physical exertion. Can be alternated with Octane 4.0/ Octane XTR within the hour.
•1 Gel (35g) with 250ml water can be taken 20-30 minutes before exercise.
•Vary dosage according to individual needs, i.e. the concentration of solution and volume per hour depend on degree of exertion, age, sex, weight, climate etc.
 

SECONDARY USAGE - RECOVERY

•1 Gel (35g) with 250ml water can be taken directly after exercise.

 
Consume within 24 hours after preparation.
Keep chilled if not consumed directly after preparation.
Keep lid tightly closed and store in a cool dry place.
